These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Skillie’s Gear website and any purchases made through it.

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Skillie’s Gear is operated by Skillie’s Gear (Pty) Ltd, a private company duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa (
2025/843776/07), with its principal place of business in South Africa.

2. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Skillie’s Gear (Pty) Ltd.
  • “You” or “your” refers to any user, customer, or purchaser accessing the website or purchasing products.
  • “Website” refers to https://www.skillies-gear.co.za.
  • “Products” refers to all goods offered for sale by the Company on the Website.

3. Ordering Process

  • All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
  • The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, inaccurate information, unauthorised payment methods, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • The Company accepts major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Delivery or shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated and displayed prior to final checkout.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Company endeavours to process and dispatch orders efficiently, subject to stock availability. Please note the specific lead times for our brands:

  • Republk Brand: Orders have a lead time of 1–6 business days following order acceptance.

  • TP Products: Orders have a lead time of 5–15 business days following order acceptance.

Key Delivery Terms

  • Estimates Only: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on geographic location, courier services, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

  • Third-Party Delays: While the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party delivery service providers, we are committed to taking reasonable steps to keep customers informed of any material delays.

  • Customer Notification: Customers will be proactively notified of any significant delays or issues regarding their shipment.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to and governed by the Company’s Refund and Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Nothing in this clause limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, logos, designs, graphics, images, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Skillie’s Gear (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, the purchase or use of products, or reliance on any information provided.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

9. User Accounts

  • Where user accounts are created, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if unlawful or abusive conduct is suspected.

  • Personal information collected through the website will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

  • The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa in respect of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions.
